What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. After a successful quality check, refunds are issued only as Store Credit. A ₹200 reverse shipping fee may be deducted where applicable.

What are your Shipping Charges & Delivery Time?

All products are made to order. Processing takes 2 working days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Can I Cancel or Exchange My Order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is free only for damaged or incorrect products. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

What If I Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video. After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit if applicable.
